BOOKINGS

  • Your payment validates your booking and equipment rentals: this is to avoid clash
  • Your time starts counting immediate the studio setup begins
  • In a situation where client’s arrival delays, we will not provide power until the arrival of the client
  • We encourage that photographers keep to time: in case of delay in arrival of photographer, the current shoot will not be interrupted
  • All bills must be cleared before leaving the studio
  • The studio will provide the account for payment upon agreement for booking
  • Sessions can only be booked in hours (i.e no 30 minutes booking)

REFUND

  • Refund can be made either by reschedule of time or 50% refund of payment made after two days if session is cancelled
  • In case booked session time is not elapsed, the remaining time can only be rescheduled for another day, hourly (i.e if the remaining time is not up to an hour, it will be cancelled)

DAMAGES

  • If by any means, studio equipment is damaged by the photographer or any of the crew member in the process of shooting, the individual will replace the damaged equipment or pay the equivalent of the market value
  • Users are advised to take extra precaution while handling the audio equipment/gadget in case they are not knowledgeable enough on how to properly handle them
